Duplicate Payments
If you believe you were charged twice, please contact support immediately at support@engrace.de with your order number, payment date, email address and any available payment reference.
Subscriptions
Subscription payments renew according to the selected billing cycle. You can request cancellation of future renewals through your customer dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund started service periods.
VAT and Invoices
VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing country and customer type. Private and business billing details are supported. VAT invoices are available after purchase through your customer dashboard or upon request.
