The order has been completed.

Failed

The order could not be completed. Please contact support.

On Hold

The order is paused due to missing information, review or technical reasons.

Cancelled

The order has been cancelled.

Digital Products

Digital products may be delivered by email, download link, licence key, customer dashboard access or other electronic delivery methods shown on the product page.

Subscriptions

Subscription-based services renew according to the selected billing interval. Monthly allowances, service scope and guarantee periods are shown on the plan or product page.

Support Guarantee

Eligible services may include refill, repair, replacement, repeat delivery or support within the stated guarantee period. This does not automatically mean a money-back guarantee unless explicitly stated on the product page.
