Cancellation Policy

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law (§ 312g in conjunction with § 355 BGB and EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

Subject to the exceptions described in Section 2 below, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form in Section 5 below, although this is not mandatory.

2. Digital Services: Loss of Withdrawal Right

For digital services and digital products where you have expressly requested immediate performance, the right of withdrawal expires once performance has started or the digital service has been fully performed.

By completing your purchase and providing express consent at checkout, you:

  • Expressly agree that performance of the digital service may begin immediately before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
  • Acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once performance has started or the digital service has been fully performed.

This is in accordance with § 356(5) BGB and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Once an order has been started, processed, delivered, or fulfilled — in full or in part — the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that order, except where required by mandatory law.

This provision does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

3. Orders Not Yet Started

If you wish to withdraw from a purchase and the order has not yet been started, processed, delivered, or fulfilled, you may submit a withdrawal request within 14 days of purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how withdrawals are processed.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to prevent future billing cycles from renewing.

  • You may cancel a subscription through your payment provider's platform, through your account dashboard (if available), or by contacting our support team at support@engrace.de.
  • Cancellation stops future automatic renewals and billing.
  • Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged for a current or past billing period where service delivery has already started.
  • If a billing period has already started and service delivery has commenced, the payment for that period is generally non-refundable, unless required by mandatory consumer law.

Please allow up to 5 business days for subscription cancellation to be processed. Contact support if you do not receive confirmation.
