ARTICLE 1: PARTIES AND DEFINITIONS
1.1. Data Controller: SilkRoad (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").
1.2. User: Refers to the real or legal person who registers on the Platform, benefits from the services, or visits the site.
1.3. Service: Refers to social media interaction packages (follower, like, view, etc.) offered through the Platform.
1.4. Drop: Refers to decreases in numerical data as a result of algorithmic cleaning or updates of social media platforms.
ARTICLE 2: NATURE OF THE SERVICE AND RISKS
2.1. SilkRoad is not an official partner of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), but an intermediary institution providing services through third-party APIs and technical infrastructures.
2.2. Social media platforms have the right to update at any time against external interactions. As a result of these updates, the suspension or closure of accounts, or drops in interaction data are entirely the responsibility of the user.
2.3. The Platform cannot be held materially or legally responsible for "drops" that may occur due to any systemic intervention or algorithm change made by social media platforms.
ARTICLE 3: DROPS AND REFILL CONDITIONS
3.1. Refill services are only offered for services that include the term "Refill" or "Guaranteed" in the product title or description. For services where this term is not present, no refill or refund can be requested for any drop from 1% to 100%.
3.2. Refill operations are initiated in case of a drop of more than 5% of the order amount. Refills are processed within 24 to 72 hours according to the current technical capacity of the system.
3.3. In case the profile is set to "Private", the username is changed, or the post is deleted, the guarantee and refill rights are completely eliminated.
ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT AND BALANCE REFUND POLICY
4.1. Balances loaded to the platform cannot be refunded in cash in any way. The user is obliged to use the loaded balance in the services within the Platform.
4.2. Accounts of users who make a Chargeback or file an unfair payment objection are closed indefinitely. The balances in these accounts are seized and legal proceedings are initiated.
4.3. Payments are collected through intermediary payment institutions with 3D Secure assurance.
ARTICLE 5: PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND TERMINATION
5.1. Searching for system vulnerabilities, exploiting the panel with automation (bot) tools, or engaging in reverse engineering activities is strictly prohibited.
5.2. Insulting, threatening, or abusive approaches towards platform employees result in the unilateral termination of the user's account without compensation.
5.3. SilkRoad reserves the right to close the account of any user without any reason and without prior notice.
